Zeese then presents the opportunity for investors to achieve an attractive return by funding lucrative car leasing plans for the vetted individuals.

You as the investor, work with Zeese, so that we can minimize any risk to you. At no time do you have any affiliation with the lessee or car. We guarantee 85% of your investment, should the driver default. However, our technology and vetting process ensures drivers are adequate matches for funded vehicles. We deploy a combination of technologies to track and manage the funded car, so that if a driver does default, we repossess immediately, and re-lease the vehicle, to complete the funded term and present the highest ROI.

Zeese sources the drivers, vets them and enters into a legal lease contract with them. Then we present potential leases to you, and you can choose to fund one or build your portfolio and choose more. The typical investment is between $15,000 and $35,000.

Zeese manages the lease though its entire term, as you collect a monthly return, direct deposited into your bank account.

At the completion of the lease term, you will receive a final commencement payment from Zeese, to conclude your 18%-33% total return on investment, depending on the leases you funded. If there has been a default or total loss, your commencement payment will be less based on the pro-rated term.
